AMERICAN TELECASTING BUY CHANNEL RIGHTS IN SEVERAL US MARKETS

Colorado Springs, Colorado-based American Telecasting Inc has agreed with Family Entertainment Network Inc and Wireless Entertainment Network Inc to buy wireless cable television systems and channel rights in several US markets for $20.75m in cash and shares: total estimated homes in American Telecasting’s service areas will be about 6.4m.
