Microsoft has announced the public availability of Sway, a web based tool for creating presentation documents which features Bing Image search and suggested searches.
The software maker previously introduced Sway Preview which brought around a million visitors to Sway.com and recieved 175,000 requests to join.
This demand prompted the company to make the tool available to all, by just signing in to Sway.com.
Microsoft has added the new addition to its Office family, by introducing new features like undo and redo, which will allow users to make changes to the document and get the document back to its previous state if required.
The text tool bar will now feature bullets and numbering which has been placed at the top of the Storyline to enhance the look of the presentation.
Previously, Sway facilitated editing of headings and captions from the canvas, but now it will also allow users to edit paragraphs or text from the canvas. Users will have to tap or click on the paragraph and select "Edit" to make the changes.
To make the process smoother, Sway now allows users to reorder sections more easily and import PDF into Sway.
Microsoft has also made improvements to the Color Picker of Sway by introducing more colour palette options to let users personalise the document according to their choice.
