Grupoarbulu has signed an agreement to implement the Sage ERP X3 management solution across its various group subsidiaries.
The Spanish marine electronics company chose Sage’s innovative ERP solution due to its flexibility when working across international offices. It was also impressed with its corporate management structure abilities, as well as other features such as ergonomics, 100% web-based modules for CRM and document management.
Sage ERP X3 will help grupoarbulu optimise the way it operates its IT infrastructure and technology portfolio, as well as support its subsidiaries in their wider business goals to become market leaders in their industries. grupoarbulu was an existing Sage customer prior to implementing Sage ERP X3, but needed an upgraded solution to support its recent growth.
Other companies in the group are now all migrating to Sage ERP X3. The implementation covers finance, purchasing, sales, warehouse, CRM, and document management, alongside integration with other grupoarbulu applications.
The rollout has a strong international scope and includes the implementation of 90 licenses. grupoarbulu also uses Sage’s XRT solution in its finance department to optimise its financial value chain, ensuring bank communication, management and control of liquidity.
Marcos Montes de Oca, head of information systems at grupoarbulu, said: "When we evaluated the many options that the management systems market offered us, we found that Sage ERP X3 was the product that best fit with our technology requirements and management. Sage is a partner who understands our particular business needs and it has demonstrated the required capabilities to go with us on a project of this size."
Carlos Martinez Mantilla, account manager of Sage ERP X3, added: "This project with grupoarbulu is another example of the how Sage provides a professional service to help organisations streamline their business processes."
