Bamboo Solutions, a provider of technologies that enhance Microsoft SharePoint, has launched BambooCRM, a cloud-based CRM tool that enables users to organise and automate all marketing, sales, customer service and product support processes.

Built on Microsoft SharePoint, the new SaaS-based offering enables users to manage all areas of customer relationships and account management without the expense of various software or hardware.

The company said the new cloud-based offering enables sales teams to manage the entire sales and service life cycle on a secure, multi-tenant architecture.

It is integrated for collaboration and the sharing of information across the board for all accounts, importantly sales and support.

The new offering is initially expected to focus on the SMB/SME market, specifically for product driven markets such as software development, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, communications, financial services, manufacturing, and technology.

Bamboo Solutions cloud applications division general manager Marc O’Brien said the key to their product is user have all the benefits of hosted SharePoint, a full featured CRM offering and they have integrated both sales teams and product support teams.
