Monetate, a customer experience engine that allows marketers to use big data to create personalised online customer experiences, has announced that it has added WeBuyAnyCar.com to its growing list of customers.
WeBuyAnyCar.com, a UK based car buying service, selected Monetate to create dynamic, relevant website campaigns that will personalise the online experience for each customer.
By using Monetate, WeBuyAnyCar.com will be able to combine behavioural and real-time data to change and personalise the online customer experience. This will aim to increase conversion and also strengthen the customer relationship with the brand.
New campaigns can now be deployed by non-technical business stakeholders without additional coding or IT support. Monetate customers run an average of 59 concurrent campaigns each month, which is 16 times the industry average.
