Gorilla Technology has teamed up with Jigsaw24, an IT reseller of Apple products, to launch a new video service platform in the UK.

Gorilla Enterprise TV provides users with video-based services to control and share their content including corporate information and training material and marketing content.

The video platform, which delivers content to public displays like digital signage, allows users to access content using a web portal or a mobile app for iOS or Android devices.

Other features include a back-end administration system that manages content, channels, and accounts, while users can also change the name of the platform to their corporate identity.

Martin Balaam, CEO at Jigsaw24, said the platform would solve concerns that users have over sharing and controlling video-based information.

"YouTube might be okay for posting advertising content, but most organizations don’t want to publish internal training material to such an open channel. Enterprise TV offers the perfect balance between the need for control and the desire for an easy-to-use global distribution platform," he explained.

Taiwan-based Gorilla provides video and communication solutions media, telecommunications and web service industries.
