Integrated Environmental Solutions (IES) has said it expects to develop its IES TaP tool for other Green Building Systems after it scooped two awards in one week.

The Glasgow-based company’s IES TaP tool came second for the best Solution of the Year at the UK 2degrees Sustainability Champions awards and won the Best of Show award at TenLinks.com’s AIA Conference and Expo in Denver.

IES TaP, which was launched last year, is an online project management tool for green building assessments, such as BREEAM and LEED, enabling users to access and track all of their projects in one place.

IES said the tool had simplified the process and reduced the time required to deliver compliance by allowing teams to work in an integrated manner.

Don McLean, founder and CEO of IES, said: "There are plans in place to roll the tool out for other green rating systems across the world and we hope to see the same success as in the US and UK. It’s fantastic to see it getting the recognition it deserves"

IES helps businesses reduce carbon emissions and costs by using integrated analysis technology.
