The device, available with a i7 processor or Intel Pentium processor, comes with Windows 8 and up to 8GB RAM.
It features a 1080p touchscreen with full HD touch display, two magnetic legs in the back to allow three different positions or angles.
The device comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, SD card slot, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0, USB 3.0 ports and a set of dual speakers.
In addition, it will have Dell Wyse PocketCloud, along with a 720p webcam and dual microphone to support video chat.
The XPS 18 will be made available in the US and in select countries in Europe from 16 April this year with a starting price of $899.99 for the 320GB hard disk drive option.
