Domino’s Pizza UK and Microsoft have developed an app, made for the Xbox One, which will let gamers order pizza through the console whilst they are playing game.
"We love gamers and gamers love pizza," said Domino’s marketing director Simon Wallis.
"Xbox One has the best platform for us to build on. We’re proud to be able to allow people to purchase a physical product via their Xbox console.
The Domino’s app is voice and gesture activated and can be controlled using your smartphone and we can’t wait for people to start using it."
Domino’s UK has previously worked with Microsoft across varying digital platforms, designing apps for Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8.1.
"Hungry gamers will be kept up-to-date in real-time, with the app able to track orders from ‘store to door’ displaying your pizza’s journey on the side of the screen from the moment the order is placed," said Domino’s.
