Telephony firm QGate has received a compatibility certification for its intelli-CTi integration solution with Microsoft Dynamics. The certification follows QGate’s fulfillment of certain criteria including being a Gold Certified Partner of Microsoft and having customers willing to recommend the solution.
As a result of the certification, QGate now hopes to expand its reseller channel and increase promotion of their Dynamics packaged solution for customers.
The tool allows you to integrate software applications such as CRM into your telephony system, targeting call centres and customer service companies.
