The 101st Tour de France gets underway in Yorkshire this Saturday, marking the second time that the world’s biggest bike race has started in England. Following three stages across the country, culminating in a sprint finish on the Mall on Monday, the race will depart for its usual homeland, leaving us British fans with just the television coverage to satisfy. ITV Player
ITV has continued its relationship with the Tour with coverage of every stage on ITV4 and selected stages on ITV1. If you can’t get to a television, though, ITV’s Player app is available to download on Android, iOS or Windows Phone devices. The race’s official companion app, set to launch this week, lets cycling fans to stay up to date with the Tour as it unfolds.
