Accenture has signed an agreement to acquire the Germany based salesforce implementation services provider ClientHouse for an undisclosed sum.
The transaction is expected to support Accenture in expanding its Salesforce implementation capabilities across Europe and as well as Software as a Service (SaaS) adoptions.
The acquisition of ClientHouse will help Accenture extend the range of skills and capabilities offered to clients in order to further to develop cloud-based applications.
Accenture Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America Emerging Technologies Delivery lead Jack Ramsay said, "Acquiring ClientHouse will reinforce our global leadership position in delivering Salesforce implementation services and will help propel our SaaS business in Germany and Europe."
ClientHouse co-founder and professional services head André Klose said, "By joining Accenture and expanding their market-leading Salesforce implementation and SaaS capabilities, we can offer our vision in transforming business processes leveraging industry best-practices and leading-edge SaaS technologies to an even wider range of clients."
Following the move, the ClientHouse’s employees will work for Accenture’s global SaaS business to offer SaaS development, implementation, and training services.
Accenture will also continue to leverage ClientHouse’s office in Jena as a centre of excellence and training centre for clients as well as its staff of professionals, while using it as an authorised Salesforce training centre.
